Support staff is available Monday – Friday to help with questions / issues via our support forum and support ticketing system.

We encourage you to use the support forum whenever possible. In many cases, you’ll be able to find an immediate answer to your questions, if they have already been posted in the forum. This can save you time.

Our goal is to get you a response within 48 hours whenever possible, and our response times are usually faster. Response time depends on the current queue and the complexity of your issue.

Tickets are answered in the order they are received.

Support for our plugins includes:

  • Responding to questions or problems regarding our plugins and their features
  • Fixing bugs and reported issues
  • Providing updates to ensure compatibility with new versions of WordPress

Support for our plugins does not include:

  • Customization and installation services*
  • Support for third party software and plug-ins.
  • We cannot guarantee compatibility with all other WordPress themes and plugins.
